We are a young UK based startup and our first product is Favilous.
Put simply, our aim is to produce something our users like.
We were browsing the web on one particular day and wanted a simple effective way of bookmarking a website, and a simple way of displaying our bookmarks. So we started down the path of developing what you see today.
We know, there are other bookmarking sites out there, but we wanted a visually compelling site, and the simplicity so the user can see as many of their bookmarks on a single page - without having to do too much scrolling! We also wanted the user to be able to customise Favilous to a degree, for example you can select your own backdrop which can totally transform the look and feel of Favilous.
We also wanted convenience in terms of "how" bookmarking is done. Be sure to use our Bookmarking Tools .

Favilous is built on ASP.NET AJAX.
First things first, we want feedback in terms of what you like or dislike about Favilous, or any features you would like to see added.
At a point in the future we will be introducing advertising, but we are determined this will be complementary to the site, and will not ruin the experience. We are also wondering if users would pay not to have advertising, for example by making a donation of their choice. Tell us what you think on our Feedback page.
