Drag the following buttons into your Favourites, or right-click and "Add to Favourites" and Create In "Favourites Bar" for Internet Explorer.
Type in your Email Address and press the reminder button. If you have multiple accounts under the same email address and want to reset one particular account, enter both your email address and the username you would like reset.
The absence of a username will result in the passwords being reset for all accounts associated with the specified email address.
